For example, if you have list of keywords and you want to make them phrase or exact match, then you can easily enter in fields respective chars or text and then hit the button Start. It will ask you to select a file to use for modifications and then give name for the new file.

For example, a file with 50000 lines, to append # at the end, only takes 10 seconds. So hope you see how powerful this tool is when working with huge range text files that needs adding something either in front or at end or both.
